I'm back in Edmonton and the snow. It seems like it will never leave. I didn't really want to go outside today so while I was cutting up some leeks for a soup I decided to take a few shots and ended up with this image.

This is up on Mt. Washington near Courtenay, B.C. We thought we left the snow behind in Edmonton, but we are staying up near the top of this mountain. We heard they have a 37 foot snow pack. Looking out a second floor window we see the snow near eye level.
