I didn't leave the exposure long enough to get long star trails but I thought it was interesting for the 4 streaks of light in the middle. I'm not sure what created these, I didn't notice them while I was taking this.

I was taking some photos of gulls bathing in the water where a stream emptied into the ocean. I noticed this feather floating on the water and liked the image more than what I captured of the gulls.

I used the panorama feature on my phone and took this while on a walk this morning. I panned up over my head and down behind me. I couldn't bend over backwards far enough to see what I was capturing past a certain point, but I managed to get back down to the path and thought it made for an interesting photo.

I took this shot of Orion over our roof and then pointed to the north star to try a star trail shot. I got the framing but it was too close to sunrise so the sky became too bright before I had long star trails.

It has been raining most of the day, so I only went as far as out the front door and took these flowers that have been bent over from the rain.

We have had some light snow at higher elevations, mostly melted now, so we went to Paradise Meadows to see some of the fall colour before it is covered in snow for the winter.

Experimented with some other ways to splash water hoping to capture some interesting shapes but didn't end up with anything I really liked.
